Our consortium
Coordinated by the University of Luxembourg, the NEXTLOGIC consortium brings together 35 organisations from across Europe, including cities and public authorities, research and academic institutions, technology providers, and innovative SMEs.
Together, the partners combine expertise in urban mobility, logistics, digital technologies, policy development and stakeholder engagement. The consortium works closely with local authorities, logistics operators and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions address real urban challenges and are scalable and replicable across European cities.
Our network
NEXTLOGIC actively collaborates with European initiatives, city networks and research projects working on sustainable mobility, urban logistics and climate-neutral urban development.
These collaborations foster knowledge exchange, alignment of approaches and joint dissemination activities, helping to maximise the impact and scalability of NEXTLOGIC results across Europe.
.

NEXTLOGIC contributes to the EU Mission for Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities, supported by the NetZeroCities platform. NetZeroCities provides cities with expertise, tools and collaboration opportunities to accelerate their transition towards climate neutrality by 2030.

NEXTLOGIC is part to the CIVITAS Initiative, the European Commission’s flagship programme for sustainable urban mobility. CIVITAS brings together cities, researchers, industry and policy actors to develop, test and deploy innovative mobility solutions that support cleaner, more efficient and inclusive transport systems.
Sister projects
NEXTLOGIC collaborates with two Horizon Europe projects, funded under the same call aimed at “Rethinking urban spaces towards climate neutrality“, to strengthen synergies, exchange knowledge and increase the impact of research and innovation activities.

Corespaces focuses on transforming urban public spaces to address challenges related to space scarcity, mobility and energy efficiency. By combining Digital Twins, AI-supported planning and co-creation approaches, the project enables cities to optimise urban space, enhance resilience and support climate-neutral development through real-world demonstrations.

Urban Flow aims to reshape urban spaces into sustainable, climate-neutral and resilient environments. The project addresses key challenges such as limited public space, inefficient mobility and land-use planning, and fragmented urban systems, promoting more integrated and liveable urban development.
Our Outreach Group
The NEXTLOGIC Outreach Group brings together stakeholders to support knowledge exchange and the wider uptake of project results. It includes representatives from research, industry, city authorities and policy networks working on sustainable urban mobility and logistics. Members contribute through selected consultations, workshops and dissemination activities, providing feedback, external perspectives and links to broader European initiatives. The Outreach Group supports stakeholder engagement beyond the consortium and contributes to the development, implementation and replication of project solutions.
